LETTER FROM THE Publisher
Thank you for helping us celebrate our new website. We hope you notice fresh touches – as being able to share provided content directly from our website, authors having their own space on the website to collect and house their articles, and our expanded Talk of the Town section which provides you with the inside scoop on what’s good in the neighborhood.
For this rst issue in 2019, it gives me great pleasure to present our very rst Attorney of the Year – Margaret W. Wong. Ms. Wong has a very active immigration law practice here in Cleveland. She immigrated to the United States in 1969 as a foreign student and her evolution as an active immigration attorney allows her to help others along the way. I very much appreciate the time she spent with us to bring you her story and welcome her as our cover story.
Our Contributing Editors o er their expertise on various topics that may be useful and ap- plicable to you. Michael Zinn discusses digital forensic acquisition. Jim Timmerberg and Grant Keating, both with Dworken & Bernstein, write on the topics of Fail-Safe Classes and Ohio’s Prompt Payment Act, respectively. Marc Dann provides insight into latest civil litigation trends in his Opinion column. In addition, Kathryn Russell with Robert Brown Immigration Law, cov- ers the federal court striking down the Trump Administration’s restriction on asylum-seekers.
We would also like to introduce Bart Lombardi in this issue as our Solo Practitioner of the Month. Bart’s practice of law is exclusive to probate and estate planning matters.
O en, it is you, our readership, that keeps us on our toes and requires us to keep “innovating” to meet your exacting demands for excellence, authoritative articles, and marketing insights for you and your rm, so we may grow together. erefore, if you care to discuss a thought, a pro le, or a feature story, get in touch with me and we will kick-o our shoes and talk about it.
Enjoy and prosper,
Jim Shultz
