“Landowners in eminent domain cases are always at a disadvantage.  ey don’t want to sell their property, they don’t want to be sued, they don’t want to be forced into the situation they  nd themselves in, but they have to deal with it anyway. What really drives me is being able to help take away some of the sting the landowner feels in a condemnation case by being able to protect their rights and ensure them just compensation. My whole life, I have always liked helping the underdog.
