Jeremy Carter
Carter obtained his
Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1983. He naturally segued into a law practice following his well-rounded career as a police o cer and special agent for the FBI. He extends beyond the legal community with tenure as former selectman and
current town moderator in his hometown of Cape Cod. He focuses his practice on criminal and civil litigation as well as family law.
Cindy Nuzzolo
Nuzzolo earned her
Juris Doctor and her Master of Intellectual Property in 2001 from the Franklin Pierce Law Center.  e next year, she completed her LL.M. in taxation from the Boston University School of Law. She joined the  rm in 2004 and made partner in 2009. She focuses on
estate planning, trust administration, elder law and business counseling.
Seth Roman
Seth Roman received his Juris Doctor in 1997 from Boston College of Law School. He joined the  rm in 2004 and made partner in 2009. Prior
to joining the  rm, he was an assistant district attorney for the Cape and Islands and an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Philadelphia.
His practice focuses on criminal, civil and personal injury.
Steven DeYoung
 is Cape Cod native received his Juris Doctor from Su olk University Law School in 1979.
In 1981, he established
a solo practice, which
soon became a thriving
business in both criminal
defense and family law
litigation.  e  rm
quickly expanded into
personal injury and civil
litigation.  irty years later, he remains a founding partner to one of the largest  rms in the area.
Holly Harney
Harney earned her
Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 2002. She became an assistant district attorney for the Cape and Islands. She joined the  rm in 2010 and made partner in 2016. Her practice includes family law, civil litigation and criminal defense.
Ashton Pouliot
Ashton Pouliot is a
Cape Cod native. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School
of Law in 2012. He
was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2012 and began his law career with a clerkship
in the probate courts prior to joining Carter DeYoung in 2015.
