Alexandra Arboleda is uniquely qualified to serve on the Cen- tral Arizona Water Conservation District Board, with decades of experience as a water attorney. She has dedicated her ca- reer to solving Arizona’s water and natural resource challeng- es, representing cities, farms, tribes, HOA’s, water providers, utilities, the State of Arizona, and non-profit organizations. The depth and breadth of her knowledge and experience give her a unique understanding of the issues related to manage- ment of Arizona’s Colorado River supplies and the Central Arizona Project. Alexandra received her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from University of Arizona.
